How implant-retained dentures work?

With implant-retained dentures, you can feel more confident every day! Lower dentures are often stabilized using two dental implants, while upper dentures require at least four. The placement of the dental implants occurs during oral surgery, in which Dr. Tina Subherwal inserts dental implants where needed for optimum function. Patients who already have full dentures can have them adjusted to snap into the dental implants, reducing the overall cost and eliminating the need for new dentures.

In addition to stabilizing full dentures, dental implants can also be used for stabilizing partial dentures. Patients will enjoy an improved appearance, and our team can often remove the unsightly metal clasps used for holding partial dentures in place.
